How can enjoy free shipping policy?

Free shipping for orders over $20. Both shipping costs and shipping method should be subject to what is stated on Payment Page, and this may vary for different delivery destinations

How soon will I receive my package after my order placed?

There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your package.

1. Item Processing Time: The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually it is around 7 to 15 working days to process.

 

2. Shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping method. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from.

- Standard Delivery: 12-20 business days.

- Expedited Delivery: 5-12 business days.

*These are estimates based on the time it took for majority of orders to be delivered. Actual Processing and Shipping time may take shorter or longer, depending on order surges.

*ABOUT TAX: Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any,these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, KRS cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

*Due to the COVID-19 influence, the delivery time may costs longer than usual. Please contact with us if you have any problem with your order delivery time.

*If your order shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local shipping carrier with your local tracking number first (which can be found in the original tracking email we sent you), then ask them to get a certificate of not receiving the order and submit it to us. The local shipping carriers usually tell you they do not have that certificate, please walk into their office and complain them, they have to give it to you according to their complaint policy.
